If there is an issue with your delivered order, please contact us at wowfreshmeat1@gmail.com within 24hours of receiving your delivery. We will guide you through the return process, and a refund or store credit will be issued once the returned product has been received and inspected.

• Refunds or store credit will not be issued for products that are not returned.

• Customers are responsible for returning the product to us.
